Red Alert (Emergency)
Provide peace of mind to home working employees, knowing they have access to the Red Alert feature if an emergency were to occur.
Activated discreetly with a simple press and hold, managers and the Vismo Secure Portal are instantly informed of this alert, the user and their exact location.
Automatically Records Audio
When the red alert is activated, it will discreetly record 20 seconds – 1 minute of audio (definable) to send back to the Vismo Secure Portal to provide managers with an understanding of the situation at hand.
Managers are Immediately Alerted
When an alert is activated, managers automatically receive an SMS, Email and Automated Phone Call which includes the individuals last known location.
To protect the privacy of employees working from home, users can enter Privacy Mode on the Vismo App with a single tap.
If users found themselves in an emergency situation, the Red Alert feature can still be activated whilst in Privacy Mode.
Individuals can choose when their device is located, to safeguard their privacy whilst using the Vismo App.
If managers send a Mass Notification from the Vismo Secure Portal, users will receive this via an In-App message, Email, SMS* and Automated Phone Call*.
Provide Critical Information
Ensures users can be immediately informed of an incident that has occurred and/or organisations can provide critical safety information to home working staff located in a given area where risk might have changed.
Organisations can customise the message, they can ask the users questions for them to respond to such as ‘There has been an incident in your area, are you OK?’. The users can then respond to the question with predefined responses such as A: Yes, I am safe, B: I am not sure, C: No, I am not OK.
