VISMO APP
To protect the safety of home working employees, the Vismo App can be downloaded and activated on an individual’s smartphones and/or tablet.
The App can be highly customised and branded with a client’s corporate look and feel.

Red Alert (Emergency)
Provide peace of mind to home working employees, knowing they have access to the Red Alert feature if an emergency were to occur.
Activate Discreetly
Activated discreetly with a simple press and hold, managers and the Vismo Secure Portal are instantly informed of this alert, the user and their exact location.
Automatically Records Audio
When the red alert is activated, it will discreetly record 20 seconds – 1 minute of audio (definable) to send back to the Vismo Secure Portal to provide managers with an understanding of the situation at hand.
Managers are Immediately Alerted
When an alert is activated, managers automatically receive an SMS, Email and Automated Phone Call which includes the individuals last known location.
Privacy Mode
To protect the privacy of employees working from home, users can enter Privacy Mode on the Vismo App with a single tap.
Protects Employees
If users found themselves in an emergency situation, the Red Alert feature can still be activated whilst in Privacy Mode.
Safeguard Privacy
Individuals can choose when their device is located, to safeguard their privacy whilst using the Vismo App.
Mass Notifications
If managers send a Mass Notification from the Vismo Secure Portal, users will receive this via an In-App message, Email, SMS* and Automated Phone Call*.
Provide Critical Information
Ensures users can be immediately informed of an incident that has occurred and/or organisations can provide critical safety information to home working staff located in a given area where risk might have changed.
Customisable Messages
Organisations can customise the message, they can ask the users questions for them to respond to such as ‘There has been an incident in your area, are you OK?’. The users can then respond to the question with predefined responses such as A: Yes, I am safe, B: I am not sure, C: No, I am not OK.

Wellbeing
Employees can sometimes feel isolated when working from home, checking on their wellbeing through the Vismo App and providing appropriate support is essential.
Understand Wellbeing
Employees can go to the Vismo App and press how they are feeling, this could be ‘Good’, ‘OK’ or ‘Not Good’, these options are fully definable by the organisation. The employer can then decide the best options from there if an employee presses ‘Not Good’, these could include calling a helpline, requesting a follow up or remaining anonymous.
Send Prompts to Employees
A prompt can be set up by employers, to ask employees how they are feeling, this could be every few days or a set period of time since the last wellbeing check.
Understand Workforce Happiness
All data is recorded within the Vismo Secure Portal, providing organisations with the capability of understanding their workforce’s happiness overall. Trends can be analysed and more support can be provided if needed.

The Vismo Portal & Monitor App
The Vismo Secure Portal enables designated administrators or a 24/7 monitoring centre to respond to safety incidents raised by your lone workers. The Vismo Secure Portal is securely accessed via your web browser as well as through the Vismo Monitor App, available on iOS or Android smartphones.
Active Alerts
When a user activates the Red Alert, administrators are immediately alerted on the Vismo Portal and by SMS, Email or through the Vismo Monitor App, ensuring immediate support can be provided.
Incident Management
Should an incident occur, administrators and elected points of contact can view the incident area and identify any staff in the area on the Secure Portal and manage a prioritised response.
App Configuration
Depending on the Vismo licence deployed, organisations have options to change the look and feel of the Vismo App to make it specific to your organisation. A company logo can be uploaded, the tiles are interchangeable and company websites and numbers can be added.
The Monitor App
The Vismo Monitor App delivers notifications and alerts directly to your authorised administrators' mobile devices. All of the important details are displayed such as the users last known location, phone number, email address and an audio recording from when the alert was activated.
