Provide peace of mind to employees, knowing they have access to the Red Alert feature if an emergency were to occur.
Activate Discreetly
Activated discreetly with a simple press and hold, designated Points of Contact, an Alarm Receiving Centre* and the Vismo Secure Portal are instantly informed of this alert, the user and their exact location.
Automatically Records Audio
When the Red Alert is activated, it will discreetly record 20 seconds – 1 minute of audio (definable) to send back to the Vismo Secure Portal to provide managers with an understanding of the situation at hand.
Managers are immediately alerted
When an alert is activated, managers automatically receive an SMS, Email and Automated Phone Call which includes the individuals last known location.

Mass Notifications
If managers send a Mass Notification from the Vismo Secure Portal, users will receive this via an In-App message, Email, SMS* and Automated Phone Call*.
Provide Critical Information
Ensures users can be immediately informed of an incident that has occurred and/or organisations can provide critical safety information to staff who have entered a geo-fenced area.
Customisable Messages
Organisations can customise the message, they can ask the users questions for them to respond to such as ‘There has been an incident in your area, are you OK?’. The users can then respond to the question with predefined responses such as A: Yes, I am safe, B: I am not sure, C: No, I am not OK.

Privacy Mode
To protect the privacy of Lone Workers, employees can enter Privacy Mode on the Vismo App with a single tap.

Assignments
Assignments enable managers to set Lone Workers specific tasks to monitor their progress. While on Assignment, Lone Workers must Check-In within an agreed time frame to confirm their safety. Â
Assign Tasks to Team Members
Tasks can be assigned to different team members for them to escalate with individuals to check their safety status. If an assignment check-in is missed, this will trigger an alert to managers to escalate. Â
Users Can Add Notes On Progress
Individuals can add notes to their set assignment, such as ‘Arrived At Site’ or ‘Safety Check Complete’. Â

Employees can go to the Vismo App and press how they are feeling, this could be ‘Good’, ‘OK’ or ‘Not Good’, these options are fully definable by the organisation. The employer can then decide the best options from there if an employee presses ‘Not Good’, these could include calling a helpline, requesting a follow up or remaining anonymous.
Send Prompts to Employees
A prompt can be set up by employers, to ask employees how they are feeling, this could be every few days or a set period of time since the last wellbeing check.
Understand Workforce Happiness
All data is recorded within the Vismo Secure Portal, providing organisations with the capability of understanding their workforce’s happiness overall. Trends can be analysed and more support can be provided if needed.
