To keep employees informed at all times, the Vismo Notify App can be downloaded and activated on an individual’s smartphone and/or tablet. Staff can receive and respond to alerts from the Vismo Notify App.

The Vismo Portal
Organisations can send mass notifications to employees from the Vismo Secure Portal. The easy to use and reliable system provides organisations with the ability to immediately inform employees with critical information, from an update in company policy to critical information about an incident. The Vismo Secure Portal is compatible on PC, Tablet and Smartphone, enabling instant access on any device.
Response Options
In certain situations, employers may opt to provide response options for individuals to use. This could be to check their safety status in an incident for example. Response options can be added within the Vismo Secure Portal and sent with the mass notification, all fully customisable of course.
Incident Management
If an incident occurs, designated responders can quickly view the incident area and identify any employees in the area or nearby. From here, the incident can be managed through the Portal and mass message those individuals who are in the incident area.
App Configuration
Depending on the Vismo licence deployed, organisations have options to change the look and feel of the Vismo App to make it specific to your organisation. A company logo can be uploaded, the tiles are interchangeable and company websites and numbers can be added.
