The Vismo Secure Portal enables managers and security teams to monitor individuals' locations in proximity to real-time alerts—provided by one of our trusted partners—all accessible through the secure web browser portal.
When a user activates a panic alert, account administrators, direct managers, or third-party Global Security Operations Centers (GSOCs) receive an in-app message, SMS, email, and text-to-voice notification containing the individual’s last known location, phone number, email address, and an audio recording from the time the alert was triggered.
The Vismo Secure Portal also provides a visual indication of the activated alert, accompanied by a klaxon sound to ensure all alerts receive an immediate response.
Authorized personnel can view the location history of individuals, this can be vital for auditing purposes, job costing or proving safety. Another way to view the data is through a history trail, to visually view the routes taken. This can be used in conjunction with geo-fences, helping identify if individuals have traveled through areas identified as at-risk.
Vismo has created dashboards that allow administrators to customize what is viewed on the map.
