Incident Management
​When an incident occurs, locate travellers instantly within the vicinity of the impact area or close by. Use Incident Management as part of your action plan to help safeguard those at risk.
Mass Notification
Securely provide immediate & critical information to employees within a specific geographic area, a large group or to selected individuals. Find out employees safety status by using Vismo’s Notify end to end secure in-app messaging and deploy client defined user responses. A full audit trail of send, delivery and read is available. Additional costed options to send via SMS and/or automated voice are also available.
Points of Interest
​Add Points of Interest (POIs) onto the map to understand where a key point is in relation to travellers, such as airports, approved hotels or hospitals.
Red Alert
Provide employees with a Red Alert feature in case of emergencies, when activated audio is automatically shared and recorded for security teams to better understand the situation at hand and manage an appropriate response.
Geo-Fences
Add virtual Geo-Fences around high-risk areas or places of safety to alert the necessary teams when travelers enter or exit these areas.
Risk Intelligence (Travel Risk Detection)
Vismo works with providers of risk data including Riskline, Dataminr and others. If your preference is to proactively warn travellers of risks they need to be aware of then Vismo can make that happen. Unlike others, Vismo has an agnostic approach and works with its clients to channel all risk data effectively.
The Vismo App
To protect the safety of internationally traveling employees, the Vismo App can be easily downloaded onto an individual's smartphone or tablet or alternatively, managed via your mobile device management platform (MDM). Once activated and based on licence type deployed, the Vismo App offers a number of features to better equip your employees.
Ease of use and highly optimzed location and battery performance are always key focal points but there's many more benefits to Vismo. The Vismo app has multiple features such as Red Alert which provides peace of mind for travelers, knowing managers can be immediately alerted if an incident occurred. To accompany Vismo's built in features' we also work with Riskline, Dataminr and others to actively monitor and push geo-relevant intelligence feeds to quickly communicate details of high-impact events and emerging risks.
The Vismo Portal & Monitor App
The Vismo Secure Portal enables security teams or designated administrators to monitor the locations and safety of traveling employees. The Vismo Secure Portal is securely accessed via your web browser as well as through the Vismo Monitor App, available on iOS or Android smartphones.
Active Alerts
When a user activates the Red Alert, administrators are immediately alerted on the Vismo Portal and by SMS, Email or through the Vismo Monitor App, ensuring immediate support can be provided.
Incident Management
When an incident occurs, the security team can view the incident area and identify any travellers in the area on the Secure Portal and manage a prioritized response.
App Configuration
​Depending on the Vismo licence deployed, organizations have options to change the look and feel of the Vismo App to make it specific to your organization. A company logo can be uploaded, the tiles are interchangeable and company websites and numbers can be added.
The Monitor App
The Vismo Monitor App delivers notifications and alerts directly to your authorized administrators' mobile devices. All of the important details are displayed such as the users last known location, phone number, email address and an audio recording from when the alert was activated.
