The Vismo Secure Portal enables managers or the Alarm Receiving Center to monitor the locations and safety of Lone Working employees by receiving active alerts, in near real-time, through the Portal. The Vismo Secure Portal is compatible on PC, Tablet and Smartphone, enabling instant access on any device.
Incident Management
Instantly locate Lone Workers in a Geo-Fenced area where risk may be predefined. Or create an immediate response to those in an impact area of an incident, to understand if anyone is in immediate danger. Critical information or specific safety instruction can be provided to the individuals along with checking their safety status through the Mass Notification capability.
Immediately Locate Those At Risk
Instantly understand the impact area of a specific incident or where risk has changed and identify if there are any employees within or near who may be at risk.
Communicate Efficiently
Quickly create a Geo-fence for an incident and send out a Mass Notification to identify individuals safety status’ and provide relevant instruction or information.
Live Intelligence Feeds
Live Intelligence Feeds are available through the Vismo Secure Portal to ensure managers can instantly understand when an incident occurs and react immediately.
Mass Notifications
To provide support and critical information to Lone Workers, Mass Notifications can be sent from the Vismo Secure Portal.
Target Specific Areas
Mass Notifications can be to those in a specific geographic area, a large group or individuals by using the Geo-fence feature. Geo-fences can be permanently set or created and applied for defined periods of time.
Ensure Immediate Deliverability
To ensure the individual is contacted, the Mass Notification can be sent through an In-App message. This method of delivery provides the organisation with full flexibility with the message content and ensures this will be immediately delivered to the device through the Vismo App. This also provides the organisation with a clear audit trail of messages that have been delivered, read and responded to.
Easily View Those In Danger
When a user responds, each response can be colour coded within the Vismo Secure Portal, for managers to easily view who needs immediate help and assistance.
Location History and Trails
Organizations can view the location history, this can be vital for auditing purposes. Another way to view the data is through a trail format, to visually view the Lone Workers locations, helping identify if workers have traveled through areas now with risk (e.g. where Covid-19 cases rates have risen).

Organizations can view the location history for a definable length of time, this can be exported to an excel file to keep for auditing purposes.
View Trails
History trails can also be viewed on the Vismo Secure Portal, enabling organizations to visually view a user’s journey. With the recent COVID-19 pandemic, organizations can easily understand and identify whether employees have been in close proximity to other workers.
Red Alert (Emergency)
Security Teams are Instantly Informed
When a Red Alert is activated, an SMS and Email Alert will be immediately sent to administrators of the account.
Understand the Situation at Hand
Audio will automatically be recorded on the users device when the Red Alert is activated. This is immediately sent to the Vismo Secure Portal for administrators to listen to and understand the situation in more detail, along with the latest location fix. Audio & location can also be kept for audit purposes.
Points of Interest
Points of Interest can be added to the map to understand where Lone Workers are in relation to a certain location.
Customise the Points of Interest
Organizations can add their own relevant Points of Interest to the Vismo Secure Portal, this could include local certified work sites, hospitals or COVID-19 cases.
Emergency Situations
If an emergency occurs, organizations can quickly identify the location of the employee in relation to a hospital for example or closest colleagues who can react.
Access from PC or the Vismo Monitor App
The Vismo Secure Portal is fully compatible on PC, Tablets and the Monitor App is available on smartphones, enabling security teams and administrators to monitor and protect employees on a range of devices.

Relevant Information
The Vismo Monitor App has all of the essential information required for administrators to provide immediate assistance, including the individuals last known location on the map, the time and date the alert was activated, phone number and email address and an audio recording from when the alert was activated. The administrator can directly call the individual from the Monitor App, ensuring a quick and efficient process.

The Vismo App
