Tactical Environmental Services approached Vismo in 2020 and explained they had a small team of specialist surveyors and technicians attending jobs across Greater London. Often operating as lone workers in challenging environments such as sewage dumps and roof spaces, they required reliable tracking, monitoring, and the ability to geofence areas of interest.

Our Solution

The Vismo App gives Tactical Environmental Services a real-time location solution to ensure their managers can easily locate employees in the field throughout the day. In addition, the ability to receive geofence alerts in the Monitor App allows the team to understand when staff have completed a job and inspection. Once the Vismo App is downloaded and activated, there is no further interaction required with the App, as it operates seamlessly in the background of the device. To ensure employees are protected in the field, the Vismo App has a Red Alert button. If an employee finds themselves in an emergency, the Red Alert button can easily be activated on the device. When activated, audio is discreetly recorded and automatically sent back to the Vismo Secure Portal for the manager to respond.

The Vismo App is fully customizable, enabling the App to be branded with the Tactical Environmental Services logo, relevant phone numbers and specific features to meet their needs.
